Day 4 & 5: First Busy Thursday and Non-Drinking Friday Night

Thursday:
Breakfast: Eggs, bell pepper, onions, avocado, salsa again.

During this 8 week challenge, I'm also taking a class in Hollywood on Thursday at 7:00-10:00pm, and it takes over an hour to get there from El Segundo.  So I have to leave work at 5:45.  This schedule isn't very kind for regular eating.

Lunch was Turkey/Veggie Marinara on Kale.  Ate again around 5:30, a Brian's Bowl Thai Chicken.  Had a banana during the class break.

Came home and threw chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, onions, and salsa into a crock pot for tomorrow.

Friday:
Had the above crock pot contraption for breakfast.  Lunch was Turkey/Veggie Marinara on Kale.  I totally copied/pasted that previous sentence from above.  20 Almonds for a snack.  And then had the crock pot contraption again for dinner.  On a plate of kale this time.

Variety?  Not at all.  Buuuuuuut, I finally got some spices!!  They were on sale at Sprouts, so I bought them all.  Plus I also got ingredients for Jambalaya and a Mexican Soup so I'll have those to look forward too.

Tonight.  First Friday night of the challenge.  I'm about at see what it's like to go bar hopping with friends without drinking.

SPICES!!  And all my wine that I can't have for 8 weeks. Sad face. :(
