Day 8: Monday, Monday.

Breakfast: Mexican Chicken Soup
Lunch: Jambalaya
Snack: Handful of raw mixed nuts after doing Fran.  Second time, so I used the same scale as before.  Only beat my time by 8 seconds.  Booooo.  But I'm still recovering from the holidays.  Not as good as shape I was in last time I did it.  Next time, I have to RX it, which means I really need to work on kipping pull-ups.
Dinner: I need to eat some Kale, but I didn't want the awfulness to interfere with the Mexican Chicken Soup.  The sauce I used to saute it in (Trader Joe's Masala Sauce) is not Posher because it contains milk.  So I heated a cube of garlic and threw on a bunch of Trader Joes 21 Spice Salute.  Or whatever it's called.  Not as good as covering it in sauce, but manageable.  Also had some more Mexican Chicken Soup.
